"Predictors of Returning to Pre-recall Levels of Spinach Consumption Survey"

October 2006 to June 2008

The Center for Risk Communication Research was awarded a $75,000 grant from the Food and Drug Administration with the objective of the project to develop understanding of the cognitive and affective barriers that prevent people from returning to their pre-recall spinach consumption. To examine these barriers a survey of 1000 individuals is proposed.
